Charles McJilton, the CEO and Executive Director of Second Harvest Japan, an organization that collects safe-to-consume food that became unsalable for various reasons from food companies and individual donors and distributes it to those in need. We discuss what supplies are needed in the earthquake-stricken area of northeastern Japan and how people in Japan and internationally can donate supplies or money to help fund the relief effort.
